ABOUT JAGAT “JAY” PATEL, PHARMD

Crestwood Pharmacy is a pharmacy that is owned and operated privately. Since opening Crestwood Pharmacy more than 10 years ago, Jay Patel has become a pillar of the local community, both in and out of the healthcare field. 

As a Doctor of Pharmacy, he has practiced in clinical, institutional, and long-term care environments since 2002. A devoted business owner and supervising pharmacist, he has worked consistently during that time to bridge the gap between the increasingly complex logistics of the healthcare system and the actual needs of his patients and clients.

To colleagues, Dr. Jay Patel is known not only as an invaluable clinical resource, but also an advocate for the construction of a total patient support network. But to customers, he is just “Jay,” a friendly face and part of the family.
